Jay Gendron, MS, RDN
Jay Gendron, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Public Health at Teachers College, Columbia University. With a strong passion for improving access to nutritious, high-quality food, Jay is committed to empowering communities through sustainable, evidence-based nutrition strategies. She has explored the impact of ultra-processed foods on human health, an area she continues to work in with the goal of promoting healthier dietary patterns.
Jay’s dedication to public health extends beyond her studies. She is eager to contribute to initiatives like the Non-UPF Project, which aligns with her mission to reduce reliance on ultra-processed foods and improve public health outcomes. Through her research, internship experiences, and public health advocacy, she aims to create practical solutions for widespread food accessibility and health equity.
