Lacie Peterson, PhD, RDN, CDCES, BC-ADM, FADCES, FAND is a dedicated Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and is Board-Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management. She earned a master’s degree and a PhD in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah. Lacie is a dynamic leader in dietetics education and clinical practice. She seamlessly bridges the worlds of academia and clinical care, driving innovation and positive change in both areas.
A Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, Lacie has presented lectures and research at local and national conferences and appeared on radio and TV segments, sharing her expertise with diverse audiences. She is deeply committed to advancing the dietetics profession, emphasizing the importance of addressing social determinants of health as part of a holistic approach to well-being.
