Mike's extensive experience spans business development and category management, with notable accomplishments such as executing the global Revlon WW2 cosmetics program, launching the first DC Comics-branded credit card, and securing a global Batman personal care program in over 80 countries. He also played a key role in the global expansion of Harry Potter-branded products and developed a multi-million-dollar global gaming category.

As part of his commitment to innovation, Mike spearheaded the development and execution of iconic branded "Theme Game" activations across major and minor league sports, working with partners like Warner Bros., Universal, Peanuts, and Paramount.
